Our MIP program is a structured alcohol and drug educational program for minors (under the age of 21) charged with either a Minor in Possession and/or Under Age Possession by the court. The program consists of four educational group sessions held on Tuesdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The cost of the program is $100.00 for first offenders and $200.00 for multiple offenders. To enroll in the program you must pay $100.00 toward the cost of the course.
